1. Unused Sessions
Posing sessions do not expire. Personal training sessions expire 90 days after purchase. If you have not used your personal training session(s) within this period, they will be considered forfeited, and no refund or credit will be given.
2. Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
All sessions are non-refundable unless a duplicate payment has been made. In the case of a duplicate payment, please contact our customer support team immediately to rectify the issue and process a refund.
All personal training and posing purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
To cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to loss of the session.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Subscription Terms
When purchasing subscriptions from The Profit Posing, each subscription is 3 months long. If you wish to continue using the Service after the end of the 3-month period, you will need to renew your subscription. It is your responsibility to keep track of your subscription’s expiration date and renew it as needed.
4. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the Content you post on our platform.
5. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
6. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Profit Posing. The Profit Posing has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
